Linda Abruzzino is such a good cook that her husband Mickey will eat just about anything she makes. “See how skinny I am?” he’ll ask jokingly. One of his favorites to eat, and hers to make, is Easy Skillet Apple Pie, which she found in a Southern Living magazine. It is made in a cast iron skillet using store-bought pie crusts.
