Campbell’s gem helps Falcons roll

— Fairmont State's baseball team split a pair of games against Davis & Elkins on Friday afternoon.
Zac Campbell pitched a one-hit gem in game one, helping lead FSU to a 7-0 win over the Senators. Campbell allowed just two baserunners on the day.
In game two, Davis & Elkins staked itself out to a big lead early, but the Falcons rallied to send the game into extra innings. However, FSU couldn't get it done in extra frames as the Senators went on to the 16-13 victory.
Joey Potesta had a big day, hitting three home runs on the afternoon.
