Another 32 indicted by grand jury

Two-day total is 61 individuals

FAIRMONT Another 32 individuals were indicted Tuesday by a Marion County grand jury, bringing the total indicted over the two-day session to 61 persons.

The grand jury indicted a dozen people on drug-related charges and seven individuals for alleged failure to pay child support on Tuesday.

Marion Judge Fred L. Fox II presided over the 16-member panel’s secret deliberations.

An indictment is only a charge. It is not proof or evidence of guilt.

Here are the indictments returned Tuesday:

• Rodney L. Shipley, 44, of 2925 Ice St., Millersville, one count of failure to provide notice of registration changes.

• Bryan L. Allen, 43, of 906 Lewis St., Fairmont, one count of burglary.

• Owen C. Weiner, 20, of 729-B Powell St., Morgantown, four counts of third-degree sexual assault.

• Michael A. Bennett, 47, of 212 Gaston Ave., Fairmont, two counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes.

• Thomas J. Thompson, 35, of Brick Hill, Four States, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

• Stacy Thompson, 32, of 71 Tank Hill, Four States, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

• Matthew L. Batson, 35, of 14 Brick Hill, Four States, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

• Thomas C. Deavers, 42, of 62 Davis Hill Road, Morgantown, one count of failure to pay child support.

• Jack A. Brooks, 48, of 101 Greenbrier Plaza, Fairmont, one count of failure to pay child support.

• Michelle L. Triplett, 25, of 705 Church St., Fairmont, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• John J. Jones, 33, of 705 Church St., Fairmont, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• Keith F. Cummings, 27, of 5608 24th St., West Bradenton, Fla., one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• Jerry L. Fetty, 66, of 314 1/2 Walnut Ave., Fairmont, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• Robert W. Bartholow, 29, of 208 1/2 Clayton St., Rivesville, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• Stephfon M. Williams, 31, of North Central Regional Jail, one count of delivery of a controlled substance.

• Joshua R. Sloan, 23, of 595 Owens Ave., Fairmont, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• Corina C. Sloan, 26, of 595 Owens Ave., one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

• Damon S. Ferguson, 28, of Rt. 3, Box 208-A, Bridgeport, one count of conspiracy.

• William L. Bussey, 23, of 5774 Cedar St., Fairmont, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

• Michael S. Peck, 28, of 828 Gaston Ave., Fairmont, one count of delivery of a controlled substance.

• Terrance D. Hayes, 29, of 513 Coleman Ave., Fairmont, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

• Shelden L. Hampton, 20, of 2701 Palm Green St., McKeesport, Pa., one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

• Seth E. Fetty, 25, of 101 Hough St., Mannington, one count of attempted breaking and entering and one count of conspiracy.

• James W. Earley Jr., 22, of 101 Hough St., Mannington, one count of attempted breaking and entering and one count of conspiracy.

• Leigh Kisamore, 26, of Rt. 3, Box 187, Mannington, one count of manufacturing a controlled substance.

• Swain N. Murphy, 22, of Rt. 1, Box 43-G, Terra Alta, one count of forgery, one count of uttering, two counts of fraudulent use of an access device and one count of taking another’s identity.

• Denford B. McIe Jr., 34, of 2373 Miller Ave., Pleasant Valley, two counts of third-offense domestic battery and one count of malicious wounding.

• James A. Hunt, 30, of 792 Weaver St., Morgantown, one count of failure to pay child support.

• Hoy D. Queen Jr., 44, of Rural Rt. 2, Box 511, Clarksburg, one count of failure to pay child support.

• Ingia L. Riggins, 40, of 1917 Clinton St., Sandusky, Ohio, one count of failure to pay child support.

• Trevont L. Thornton, 31, of 836 Stewart St., Morgantown, one count of failure to pay child support.

• Michael A. Eddy, 30, of Rt. 1, Box 297, Worthington, one count of failure to pay child support.
