Wanton endangerment, drug arrests made

FAIRMONT — The Marion County Sheriff’s Department and Fairmont Police Department made arrests Wednesday for wanton endangerment and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Marion County deputies arrested Isaiah R. Walker, 22, of 104 Ullom St. Apt. F, Fairmont, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony.

According to criminal complaints, the sheriff’s department executed a search warrant at Walker’s residence Tuesday. In the course of the investigation, deputies reportedly found roughly a pound of a “green leafy substance believed to be marijuana” in the freezer along with multiple glass jars with marijuana residue throughout the house.
