FAIRMONT — Kristyn Lorraine Palmer, the Baxter woman indicted for the first-degree murder of her father, Everett Earl “Ed” Wilson, in 2011, is no longer executrix of his estate.

She had been appointed executrix on Jan. 25, 2012.

In June 2012, she and her husband, Michael Ian Palmer, were indicted for Wilson’s premeditated shooting death on Dec. 11, 2011.
