The FBI National Academy is a prestigious training program that only takes the best law enforcement from the United States and the international community for 10 weeks of courses and study.
And Chief Deputy Ralph L. Wright of the Marion County Sheriff’s Department will start in Quantico, Va., bright and early.
“It’s a great honor to get accepted,” Wright said. “It’s something I’ve heard about coming up through the ranks and always have been interested in it, not only the FBI Academy but the training itself.”
To participate in the academy, he said, there are a few requirements.
