FSU, Pierpont classes resume Monday

After faculty uses the previous week for professional development

FAIRMONT — Following a month long break from classes, homework and tests, students at Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College will officially resume classes for the spring semester on Monday.

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at FSU, Dr. Christina Lavorata, said that the time off should have left students feeling rejuvenated for a new and productive semester.

Lavorata said that faculty reported back to work last week and used the time for professional development.
