Grand jury returns 12 more indictments

Bringing total for session to 63

FAIRMONT — A Marion County grand jury returned 12 indictments during its final meeting of the current session on Thursday, bringing the total number of indictments returned this week to 63.

An indictment is only a charge. It is not proof or evidence of guilt. The indictments included:

• Bryan Dychtwald, 44, of Fairmont, for breaking and entering and petit larceny.

• Frederick Jay Fluharty, 21, of Mannington, for sexual assault in the second degree and sexual assault in the third degree.

• Michael Scott King, 47, of Mannington, for failure to register or to provide notice of sexual offender registration changes.

• Doyle Preston Campbell, 40, of Morgantown, for sexual abuse in the first degree (four counts) and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian (four counts).

• James Paul Kendall, 32, of Shinnston, for sexual abuse in the first degree (12 counts), sexual assault in the first degree (two counts) and use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct (10 counts).

• Jessica Jo Matheny, 32, of Fairmont, for abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.

• Alisha Ann Shomo, 29, of Fairmont, for abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.

• Stella Pearl Lawrence, 48, of Fairmont, for abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.

• Arletta Faye Huddleston, 60, of Fairmont, for abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.

• George Howard Teets, 65, of Fairmont, for abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.

• Dennis Paul Perri, 30, of Washington, Pa., for third offense DUI.

• Dana Eugene Harris, III, 55, of Farmington, for third offense DUI and driving on a suspended or revoked for DUI - third offense.
