The Marion County Sheriff’s Department and Fairmont Police Department made arrests Tuesday and Wednesday on charges of theft and drug distribution.
On Wednesday, Marion County deputies arrested Ronald Eugene White II, 33, of Fairmont, on two counts of delivery of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance. His bond has been set at $100,000 for each charge, $200,000 total.
According to the criminal complaint, White sold cocaine to a confidential informant on two separate occasions between Oct. 1 and 15. Deputies reportedly recorded the encounters on video and audio, and marked money was used to pay for the drugs.
A warrant was issued for White’s arrest on Oct. 23. He is currently being held at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County.
If convicted, White faces one to 15 years and/or a fine of up to $25,000 for each count.
Earlier in the week, Fairmont police arrested Anthony Paul Weingard, 21, and Jerrimy Nathaniel Knight, 24, both of Fairmont, on charges of burglary.
