Healthier diet, exercise can make a big difference

WHITE HALL — Changing your life is only a few steps away.

There are simple actions you can do to improve your daily life, such as replacing certain foods and exercising without the hassle of going to a gym.

Michelle Parrish, a certified nutrition and wellness consultant at Mountain State Nutrition in White Hall, said doing little things can make a big difference in how a person feels.

She said starting with a healthier diet can make a major difference.

“Eating right does make you feel better,” Parrish said. “And you feel better when you take care of yourself, and by being healthy.”

Parrish said simply replacing some foods with healthier choices is easy.
