Identity theft ‘not going to go away’

FEB’s Groundhog Day Breakfast also touches on economics

FAIRMONT — Members of the community gathered at the Robert H. Mollohan Research Center Friday for First Exchange Bank’s annual Groundhog Day Breakfast.

The event is one of the largest business meetings held in Marion County, and this year’s breakfast saw record turnout.

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., was one of the first to speak to the audience, and he addressed growing concerns over the country’s economic situation.

According to Manchin, pointing fingers at a particular political party is not the answer.

“We’ve got an American financial problem right now,” Manchin said.
