Latham Jr. and his wife Susan of Lady Lake, Fla.; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by a younger sister, Joyce Latham Muntzing and her husband Maynard Muntzing; and a sister-in-law, Judy Grove Latham.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to Gateway United Methodist Church, Diamond Street, Fairmont, to help foster the children’s programing within the church.

Friends and family may call at Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, from 6-8 p.m. Thursday and from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday. • Nuke-arms grade stock has been cut by Iran

Iran has converted three quarters of a nuclear stockpile that it could have turned quickly into weapons-grade uranium into less volatile forms and is well on the way toward transforming the rest, the U.N. atomic agency reported Thursday.
The development — agreed to by Iran under a nuclear deal it struck late last year with six world powers — leaves Tehran with substantially less of the 20-percent enriched uranium that it would need for a nuclear warhead.
