Frederick Wagner

Frederick Robert Wagner, 71, passed away Friday (Sept. 20, 2013) at Kindred Hospital in Tampa, Fla.

He was born Nov. 25, 1941, in Scranton, Pa., a son of the late Edward John and Willa Jean Barber Wagner.

Mr. Wagner was an avid bowler and loved to play horseshoes. He was a good father and was dearly loved by his children.

Mr. Wagner is survived by his children, Tirza Marie Doyle and her husband Michael John Doyle Sr. of Fairmont, Jillian Elise Watt of Fairmont, Trina Wagner, Debra Wagner and William “Billy” Wagner of Fairmont; a brother, William Edward Wagner of Punta Gorda, Fla; his grandchildren, Patrick Heflin, Makayla Doyle, Katrina Doyle, Michael Doyle II, Mattio Wagner, Elliot Watt, Anthony Watt, and Robin Burns; several cousins, including William Wagner and his wife Sandi, Kimberly Houge and Donna Jean.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his former wife, Patricia Sue Mugnano; and a son, Frederick Robert Wagner II.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to Tirza Doyle, 28 Freeland St., Fairmont, WV 26554.

At the request of Mr. Wagner, cremation services were held in Florida. The family has entrusted Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, with local arrangements.
