Dorothea Stone, of Winter Park, Fla., formally of Mill Creek Campground in Kissimmee, Fla., and originally from Fairmont, went home to be with the Lord on Monday (Oct. 14, 2013).
She is survived by two children, Judy Woychic of Fairmont and Randy Stone and wife Trish Stone of Winter Park, Fla.; grandchildren, Danny Stone, Brian Stone, Kelly (Rob) Anderson, John Daniel Woychic, Jason Stone, Tracy (Greg) Permoulie, Tammy (Chris) Miller and Teri Cecil; great-grandchildren, Abby Anderson, Shelvie Anderson, Skyler Permoulie, Amanda and Alicia Miller, Christopher Miller, Karl and Kailyn Kluge; sister-in-law, Martha Larson; daughter-in-law, Linda Stone; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and her many friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Daniel Stone; son, Danny; infant daughter, Cinda; mother, Hazel Stevens; father, Arthur Stevens; brothers, Donald, Edward, Jerry and Larry; and son-in-law, John Woychic.
For 90 years mom enjoyed a full life, traveling the USA, bowling, watching golf on tv, and most of all, rooting for her West Virginia Mountaineers football team and Saban's Alabama Tide. Mom was a former employee at Westinghouse and Owens Illinois Glass Plant in Fairmont. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at the Grandview Memorial Gardens at 11 a.m. Nov. 15.
