Patricia Ann Willey, 71, of Fairmont, passed away Saturday (Dec. 14, 2013), at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born in Fairmont on May 29, 1942, a daughter of Gilbert LeMasters of Fairmont and the late Luetta (Cain) LeMasters.
Patricia was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a graduate of Fairmont Senior High School and was a member of Sarrietta Community Church. She loved her family and spending time with them. She also enjoyed crafts, quilting, ceramics and bowling.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Frank Melvin Willey of Fairmont; four daughters, Charlene “Sherry” Louise Clay and her husband Robert of Clinton, Md., Claudia Ann Toothman and her husband Harold of Cowen, Laura Lee Gearde and her husband Chris of Westover, and Rebecca Lynn Macon and her husband Sean of Neptune, N.J.; 12 grandchildren, Frank Toothman and his wife Autumn of Virginia, Dennis Toothman and his wife Kayla of Mt. Lookout, John Michael Clay and his wife Jessica of Maryland, Christopher Clay and his wife Leanne of Canada, Zachary Gross of Westover, Justin Clay of Maryland, Adam Gross of Wheeling, Patrick Toothman and his wife Jessica of Craigsville, Anna Gearde of Westover, Tiaunna Macon of New Jersey, Noah Gearde of Westover and Verriah Sam Macon of New Jersey; and six great-grandchildren, Harmony, Frank Michael, Zoey Lee, Braylen, Max, Lydia and one on the way.
Family and friends may call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St., Fairmont, on Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, at 1 p.m., with Pastor Brian Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Clermont Cemetery in Marion County.
