— Lois Wanita Hull, of Pierpont Center, Fairmont, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday (July 19, 2013).

She was born March 7, 1916, in Crawford, the daughter of the late Emory and Minnie Mealey Wimer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Nestor Hull, whom she married June 28, 1945. Also preceding her in death were the following sisters: Ethel McClain, Ella Owens, Ina Jessup, Clarice Simons, Pearl Riffle and Opal Riffle; two brothers, Clyde Wimer and French Paul Wimer; and a granddaughter, Heather Leigh Anglin.

Lois is survived by two daughters, Kathy Sue Manchin and husband Dr. John Manchin, and Lois Ann Brummage and husband Robert, all of Fairmont. She is also survived by one sister, Edna Grace Peterson of Waynesboro, Va.

Also surviving are four grandchildren, Amy Manchin-Kosinski and husband Derrick of Morgantown, Jodi Holloway and husband Mike of Fairmont, Heidi Anglin of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Christopher Ables of Coral Springs, Fla.; three great-grandchildren, Derrick Kosinski, Charlton Lawson and Charlotte (Charley) Conroy; and several nieces and nephews. In addition, she is survived by her special family and caring friends at Pierpont Center.

Lois was a graduate of Walkersville High School Class of 1932. She was a homemaker and member of First Southern Baptist Church in Fairmont. She was a wonderful Christian woman who lived her faith.

Graveside services were held Monday, July 22, with the Rev. David C. Meliquist officiating. Interment was in Wimer Cemetery located at Straight Fork.
