Bill was a 1958 graduate of St. Peter’s High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the military police. After retiring from the Army Branch of the DOD Field Artillery Division, he and his wife retired to Florida.

Wagner Jr. and his wife Sandi of Fairmont and daughter Kimberly Hogue and husband JD of Georgia; six grandchildren, Jimmy Miller, Jordan Wagner, Maxwell Wagner, Olivia Wagner, Christine Lilly and Ashley Hogue; and one great-grandchild, Emily Miller.

The family has entrusted Farley Funeral Home with arrangements. In keeping with his wishes, Bill has chosen cremation services. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Peace Christian Fellowship Church with Pastor Kyle Cannon presiding.
