Connie Jean Mancinotti, 64, passed away at her home in Jacksonville, Fla., on Wednesday (March 19, 2014).
She was born in Fairmont, to the late John Lucas and Claudia Inez (Dailey) Thomas, on March 26, 1949.
Connie was a graduate of Fairmont Senior High School Class of 1967. She loved being with her family and friends. She especially loved her granddogs and her loving German Shepherd Ruby. Connie enjoyed her work at Johnson & Johnson/Vistakon, where she worked for 10 years and retired in 2000.
Connie is survived by her son, Paul Mancinotti III and wife Tiana Mancinotti; daughter, VaNessa Mancinotti-Tong and husband B. Tong; sisters, Johnette Denise Wolfe and Phyllis Joan Lee; grandchild, Nicholas Paul Mancinotti; nieces, Nikki Lee (fiancé Max Morrison) and Desiree Alexandria Albright; great-niece, Alexis Raine Satterfield; nephews, Sam Mancinotti Jr. and Michael Mancinotti; and one brother-in-law, Sam Mancinotti Sr.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Paul Mancinotti Jr.; and her brother-in-law, James Lee.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Monday, with the funeral service following at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home, with the Rev. Christopher Liguori officiating.
The family would like to especially thank Connie’s loving sisters, who never left her side; Robert and Marie Satterfield for your continued love and support throughout the years; and Juanita Levitt for always making Connie smile.
