— Reuben Leon Nicholson, 62, passed away on Sunday (Feb. 23, 2014) at his residence in Four States.

Reuben was born Jan. 17, 1952, in Clarksburg, son of the late George Edward Nicholson and Mary Emma Freeman Nicholson.

Reuben was a veteran of the United State Army and a self-employed electrician.

Reuben is survived by one son, George Nicholson of Four States; two daughters, Brenda Warren of Four States and Roxanne Mayfield and husband Kevin of Mannington; one stepson, Tim Snoderly of Monongah; two sisters, Mary Jo Smith and husband Richard of Kentucky, and Toni Maruskin of Missouri; three grandsons, John and Dustin Mayfield, and Jonathan Warren; one granddaughter, Carlee Warren; one great-granddaughter, Emma Quinn; and a close friend, Butch Long of Mannington.

Reuben is preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Charles Nicholson.

Per Mr. Nicholson’s request, cremation services were provided by Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 South Pike St., Shinnston. Condolences may be sent to the family at
