Friends may call at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Ave. in Fairmont, from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, with a vigil service being held at 7 p.m. Tuesday by Sister Stella Cronauer. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father William J. Kuchinsky as celebrant. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens with full military rites being performed at graveside by the Marion County Veteran’s Council.

  • Nuke-arms grade stock has been cut by Iran

Iran has converted three quarters of a nuclear stockpile that it could have turned quickly into weapons-grade uranium into less volatile forms and is well on the way toward transforming the rest, the U.N. atomic agency reported Thursday.
The development — agreed to by Iran under a nuclear deal it struck late last year with six world powers — leaves Tehran with substantially less of the 20-percent enriched uranium that it would need for a nuclear warhead.
