Delores A. “Aunt Dee” Maselli, 76, of Greensburg, Pa., formerly of Fairmont, died Monday (Sept. 16, 2013) in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.
She was born Sept. 6, 1937, in Fairmont, daughter of Carmino Alfonso Maselli and Marian Musingo Maselli.
She was a former partner at New Image Salon in Fairmont.
She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church and was well known for her love of baking cookies and decorating her own cakes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Maselli; three sisters, Antonette Notte and husband Nick, Edith Grainger and husband Leonard, and Theresa F. Curtis and husband William; three nieces, Susan Notte, Mary Margaret Maselli and Victoria Ann Maselli; and a nephew, Greg Maselli.
She is survived by her two brothers, Donald Maselli and wife Jeanne of Venice, Fla., and Gene Maselli and wife Jackie of Greensburg; a sister-in-law, Julia Maselli of Rivesville; nieces and nephews, Nick Notte and wife Barb, Terry Becker and husband Clint, Jenny Notte, Danny Maselli and wife Mary Jane, David Maselli, John Maselli and wife Jennifer, Anne Maselli, Michael Maselli, and Robert Maselli and wife Jennifer; great-nieces and -nephews, Nicky and Sarah Notte, John Foley, Meghan Flores and husband Carlos, Carolyn, Matthew and Mary Becker, and Rachael and Anna Maselli; a great-great-niece, Natalia Flores; and numerous cousins.
There will be no public viewing. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Fairmont. Delores’ family has entrusted her care to Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home Inc., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020.
