Allen Shuttlesworth

Allen E. (Mickey) Shuttlesworth, 82, died peacefully at home Wednesday (June 19, 2013).

Wiley, Matthew, Michaela and Jonathan Shuttlesworth, Jessica S. Gesualdi, Chelsea, Brooke, Preston and Grayson Shuttlesworth; great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Kaylen, Joel and Camila; also surviving, several nieces and nephews.

The family thanks everyone who was involved in the care of Allen, especially the kindness and help of Amedisys-Hospice.
