Beth Wolfe

Beth Ann (Clevenger) Wolfe, age 39, of Route 2 (Boothsville Community), Shinnston, passed away Friday (July 26, 2013) at her residence.

She was born Aug. 10, 1973, in Maplewood Heights, Ohio, a daughter of Roger Lee Clevenger of Grafton and Phyllis Jean (Worth) Stevens of Boothsville.

Also surviving is her husband, Delmas F. Wolfe Jr., whom she married Dec. 21, 2012; one son, Jakub Ujhelyi, of Boothsville; one step-daughter, Haley Wolfe, of Grafton; one sister, Tina Clevenger Harding and husband David, of Bridgeport; one nephew, Luke Harding, of Bridgeport; her step-mother, Patricia Clevenger, of Grafton; her step-father, Jeff Stevens, of Boothsville; one step-brother, Todd Ice and wife Shannon, of Mt. Airy, N.C.; her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Worth, of Boothsville; and her paternal grandparents, Bob and Wilma Woodruff, of Grafton.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Paul Worth.

Beth was a fingerprint examiner at the FBI in Clarksburg for 16 years and was a member of the Boothsville Baptist Church.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but most of all, being a mother to her son Jakub.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Monday from 2-8 p.m. and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Orville Wright officiating.

Interment will follow at the Mt. Israel Cemetery in Preston County.

  • Nuke-arms grade stock has been cut by Iran

    Iran has converted three quarters of a nuclear stockpile that it could have turned quickly into weapons-grade uranium into less volatile forms and is well on the way toward transforming the rest, the U.N. atomic agency reported Thursday.
    The development — agreed to by Iran under a nuclear deal it struck late last year with six world powers — leaves Tehran with substantially less of the 20-percent enriched uranium that it would need for a nuclear warhead.
