A junior and already receiving the hardware.
East Fairmont’s Luke Hrapchak completely leveled his competition this season with the Bees, while putting up some big all-around numbers and as a result, earns an award that only seniors typically receive — 2012 the Times West Virginian All-Mon Valley Player of the Year.
“This really means a lot — it’s really humbling, actually,” said Hrapchak. “It shows that hard work does pay off. I’m really excited about receiving this, but it also give me more to push for next season.”
On the offensive side of the ball, Hrapchak racked up nearly 1,000 yards of total offense — he had 158 carries for 727 yards and 14 catches for 151 yards and six total touchdowns.
“Coach Haddox and my offensive line had a lot to do with the way I played offense” Hrapchak stated. “Coach Haddox had me in the correct situation to have a lot of yards and it also all started with the offensive line."
