SUMMERSVILLE — The Nicholas County Grizzlies used their size and power to outmuscle East Fairmont on Friday, 33-6.

“The overall strength and size (of Nicholas), we could not handle,” East Fairmont coach Bill Haddox said.  “It just allowed them to run free.”

Nicholas County (2-1) used Sagraves in multiple ways to help in the victory. He threw the ball. He ran the ball. And he even caught the ball. Sagraves picked up 171 yards through the air on 18 of 28 passing, 48 yards on the ground on 11 carries, and caught a pass for 26 yards from punter Austin Hill.
