Bears throttle Lincoln, 67-35

FAIRMONT — Fairmont Senior's boys' basketball team ran its winning streak to seven games with a 67-35 rout of visiting Lincoln on Tuesday night at the Woody Williams Armory.

The Polar Bears, now 10-3 on the season, haven't lost since a Dec. 28 game at Wyoming East,

Travon Horton paced Fairmont Senior with a game-best 22 points. Three others — Devante' Waites (15) Shaquille Washington (14) and Jarin Hilson (11) — also scored in double figures.

Cody Carpenter had 15 points to lead Lincoln.

Fairmont Senior visits Lewis County on Thursday.
