Bees golfers working hard in offseason

East Fairmont is set to make a run in 2013

FAIRMONT — Many people can drive a golf ball.

Set the little white ball on the tee and swing away, while watching the ball scream for 250-plus yards.

But is golf really that easy? If it were, wouldn’t everyone play?

You see, golf has other aspects than what meets the eye. Yes, you have a driver and a putter; but get out your wedges, then you can see how good of a golfer you are.

East Fairmont’s head golf coach, Bill Malone knows golf is a game of practice.

Since Malone has been with the Bees, he’s constantly preached hard work and effort, which in return, showcases wins.
