The 60th Senior Bowl is getting a definite gold-and-blue tint.
A third West Virginia University player has been added to the South roster for the annual game at Ladd-Peebles Stadium here, as Pat McAfee has been named as the South place-kicker.
He joins two 2008 WVU senior teammates -- quarterback Pat White and cornerback Ellis Lankster -- on the South team. Alabamans White and Lankster will be playing the game near their hometowns.
The game for college seniors who are NFL prospects is scheduled Jan. 24 at 7 p.m. (EST) and will be televised by the NFL Network.
McAfee, from Plum, Pa., was the Mountaineers' punter and place-kicker, but in the Senior Bowl he will handle only placements. The South punter is Thomas Morstead of SMU.
The North team kicking specialists named Sunday are Cincinnati punter Kevin Huber and place-kicker Louis Sakoda of unbeaten Utah. Sakoda is a consensus All-America pick.
Huber topped McAfee as the All-Big East Conference first team punter. McAfee was named the All-Big East second team selection at punter and place-kicker.
A Walter Camp All-America second team pick, McAfee made 16 of 19 field goals this season and all 32 of his extra points. He kicked career-long 52-yard field goals twice this season and is West Virginia's career scoring leader with 377 points.

THE STAFFS for the Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars will lead the two sides of the Senior Bowl later this month.
Cincinnati's Marvin Lewis will coach the North squad in his second stint on the sidelines for the all-star game for top senior NFL prospects. Jack Del Rio and the Jaguars' staff will lead the South team.
