Fairmont Police

Swain Necole Thomas, 28, of 319 Walnut Ave. 2, Fairmont, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit felony and malicious assault.

Matthew Ryan Stutzman, 26, of 4 Mountainside Drive, Fairmont, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with public intoxication.

Sheriff’s Department

Richard Travis Gordon, 18, of Fairmont, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with leaving the scene of accident with property damage.

Michael Shay Jones, 21, of Fairmont, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with domestic assault.
