FAIRMONT — A 43-year-old man has been charged with multiple sexual assault counts after being accused of sexually assaulting a now 11-year-old girl several times over the past three years in Fairmont, according to a criminal complaint.
The complaint states that Jack Woodson Boley of 214 Norval St., Fairmont has been charged with three counts of sexual assault first degree and three counts of sexual assault by a parent, guardian or custodian. Both charges are felonies.
Court records show Boley’s bail was set at $250,012, which wasn’t posted. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
According to the court papers, a detective with the Fairmont Police Department attended a forensic interview July 11 of the 11-year-old female juvenile at the Marion County Child Advocacy Center.
During the the interview, the juvenile stated that several times over the past three years, Boley allegedly would sexually assault her, the complaint states.
The facts are based upon the detective’s attendance at the forensic interview, according to the court papers.
