FAIRMONT — A 25-year-old Wadestown man is accused of allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female juvenile sometime between June 5-6 in the Rachel area after talking with her over the computer, according to a criminal complaint.

The complaint states that Joshua R. Watson of 51 St. Leo Rd., Wadestown, was charged with two counts of felony sexual assault in the 3rd degree.

According to the court papers, a juvenile female ran away from her residence June 5 in the East Fairmont area to allegedly meet with Watson in the Mannington area.

The juvenile sai that Watson allegedly had sexual intercourse with her on two occasions at a residence in the Rachel area, between 10 a.m. June 5 and 9:30 p.m. June 6, the complaint states.

According to the court papers, the juvenile female said prior to running away, she talked with Watson via computer chat and believed he was 16 years old.

After meeting Watson, she discovered that he was 25 years old, the complaint states.

The juvenile female disclosed that she is 15 years old.

Court records show Watson's bail was set at $30,012. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
