The Times West Virginian encourages readers to express their opinions on local, regional, state, national and international topics through the Readers Write section.Writers may not have more than one letter published every three weeks. Letters must be original content by the writer and written in the writer's own words. Letters must be 500 words or less, with no exceptions. Form letters and open letters are not accepted.
